Order Processing

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Our typical processing time is 10–12 business days, although processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

As a high-volume business, each order is carefully prepared to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper packaging prior to shipment. Some orders may be completed sooner, while others may require additional time. Processing times are separate from shipping times.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only permitted before an order has been processed.

Once you received an email that your processing time is over, it can no longer be canceled under any circumstances.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, it is no longer within our control and therefore no longer our responsibility.

The Smugcollectionco is not liable for:

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Delayed deliveries

• Misdelivered shipments

• Damage caused by the shipping carrier

All shipments include insurance for your protection. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you are responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

We are happy to provide supporting documentation if needed, but we do not issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package has already shipped, we are not responsible for the outcome of the delivery.

If your package is returned to us due to an address error, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees will be required to resend the package.

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. These estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

We do not refund shipping costs due to transit delays.

Customs, Duties, and International Orders

For international shipments, customs fees, import taxes, and duties are determined by your country’s regulations and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

By placing an international order, you agree to pay any legally required customs charges.

The Smugcollectionco does not control these fees and cannot predict their cost.

Failure to pay customs duties may result in your package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs. We are not responsible for these outcomes and refunds will not be issued for abandoned or refused international shipments.

Refused Packages

If a customer refuses delivery for any reason, including unpaid customs fees, the customer assumes full responsibility for return shipping charges, carrier fees, and any additional costs incurred.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered once the product is successfully returned in its original condition.

Marked as Delivered

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

If you believe your delivered package is missing, please contact the carrier immediately to open an investigation.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked delivered.

Shipping Insurance Claims

Because all packages are insured, customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier in the event of loss, theft, or damage.

Claim approval is determined solely by the carrier.
